Giving Testimony . . .

0
I generally avoided giving my testimony in meetings. I do see the benefit of testimony, especially on a one to one basis but often the 'meeting' testimony leaves people with a better knowledge of a persons life before Christ than it leaves them knowing about Christ.
"You and I aren't that interesting . . .
. . . But Jesus Is."
If i'm asked to testify in a court of law, i'm not telling them of myself, but of my eye witness account of the happening in question.
Likewise a Christian testimony is an eye witness account of the person and work of Jesus Christ.
