Why Does Good Friday Mean So Much To You?

At the Good Friday Service at Windsor Baptist this was one of the questions asked.

Here's my own answer:

When Jesus died, i died!

Likewise, my brothers, you also have died to the law through the body of Christ, so that you may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.
Romans 7:4


For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Colossians 3:3



And tying it in with why His resurrection is so important to me: Romans 6:5

"For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his."

What about you, why does it mean so much to you?



His death was also my death, and the life i now live, i live because of His resurrection.
