Do we fear God?
The question we have to pose to ourselves, and pose often, is whether we fear God. And why we fear God.


Do we know Him and has He revealed Himself to us in majestic ways that cause us to respond in fear and awe?

Fear as Response to Scriptural Revelations.

Upon the earth the clearest and best place to see God is in His Word, the Bible. It is a sure thing that if we are not often in His Word we will not know Him nor see Him.
(There is no promise that this will happen if we are, but without doubt it will not if we aren't!)
Oh how we must search the Scriptures for Him, seeking to know Him, to see Him and to behold His glory. How we must fall at His feet pleading with Him to reveal Himself through that Word, and that not only would He command us, but as Augustine said, give what He commands.
