In his book "The Great Gain of Godliness" Watson gives the following headings as suggestions as what to chat about;

"Speak one to another of the promises.
Speak of the preciousness of Christ.
Speak one to another of sin, what a deadly evil it is.
Speak of the beauty of Holiness.
Speak one to another of your souls: enquire whether they are in health.
Speak about death and eternity."
