Biblical Manhood and Qualifications of an Elder

I believe that one of the greatest pointers within Scripture as to what Biblical manhood ought to look like is found within the Qualifications of an Elder in 1 Timothy 3 and in Titus 1.

Not that all men should or will be Elders, but that this list gives a high calling as to the character of a Godly man worthy of such a role, surely this is worth every man striving for.
