World of Books
It is so easy to lose ourselves in a sea of books. To spend more time in them and have better relationships with unmet authors than with real people.
We can wake up one day to find ourselves alone in a library!
Books: Communication Between People
As books feed our imagination, understanding, knowledge and emotions we may find that they can actually help us in socializing with real, flesh and blood friends. We can share some of what we read, put some of it to use, and generally use the book as an aid in creating, sustaining and in deepening friendships.
Books are after all, are a form of communication between people.
This is certainly true of the Bible, which, while having unfathomable meaning to individuals, (mainly by creating and deepening a relationship with Jesus), also passes on the Author's desires for us to tell its message to others.
