Lamentations 3:20-21
In the 3rd chapter of Lamentations, just as i was getting a bit depressed by the post Judgement words of Jeremiah, i hit the mind staggeringly excellent declaration of 3:25-26. And then the above passage which, i guess is a lively call to all of us. A call to examine, return to Jesus and to respond to Him by raising our hearts and hands to God in heaven.
These passages stand out like roses amidst war-torn rubble. They are heavy and weighty with call and declaration. But smell great to the soul!
