Walk as Jesus walked - 1 John 2:5-6

Don't hate others but love them - 1 John 2:9

Don't love the world - 1 John 2:15

Confess the Son & receive Him - 1 John 2:23

Practice righteousness - 1 John 2:29

Don't make a practice of sinning - 1 John 3:6

Possess the Spirit of God - 1 John 3:24

Listen submissively to the Apostolic Word - 1 John 4:6

Believe that Jesus is the Christ - 1 John 5:1

Overcome the world - 1 John 5:4
