Working in Every Home Crusade I've got to see that tracts are still being used by Christ to reach the lost, as we get letters etc telling of how individuals have read literature and been convicted of sin and believed upon Jesus (yes, even here in the west).
So I thought that the advice from R.A. Torrey may be of use & encouragement to those who distribute tracts:
1. Always read the tract yourself before giving them to others.
2. Suit your tract to the person to whom you give it.
3. Carry a selection of tracts with you.
4. Seek the guidance of God.
5. Seek God's blessing upon the tract after you have given it out.
6. Oftentimes give a man a tract with words & sentences underscored (highlighted or standing out in its design).
7. Never be ashamed of distributing tracts.
