We are exhorted to confess our sins to each other, to be accountable to others who will help us conquer sin and encourage us on with Christ.
I've been using a pdf form for this over the past while along with a close friend. It's a humbling experience but a very helpful one as we can pray & help one another in this.
It's something I'd highly recommend to others.
