I was listening a message today in which a popular Bible teacher was described as 'our current Yoda'.
This caused me to think about the 'Yoda's' who are teaching and instructing me, being used by God to shape my life and theology.
Here's a few of those Bible teachers and speakers etc who I'm currently listening to and gleaning a lot from;
John Piper, Mark Driscoll, Joshua Harris, Al Mohler, Mark Dever, Francis Chan are guys who I would say are consistently speaking into my life and spurring me on in Christ.
Other guys who I read or listen a lot would consist of; John MacArthur, C.J. Mahaney, Louie Giglio, Charles Swindol, and a daily scroll through a few blogs.
What's my point?
Well, I'm not really sure I have one except to ask you about those who's sermon's, lives and writings etc are influencing you greatly and teaching you in the things of Christ.
Any thoughts on this?
