But I do understand why many have concerns about Mark Driscoll, especially his methods, & his frank approach to teaching on sex.
Rather than defend Mark (I reckon he's old enough to do that himself), I'd simply take this opportunity to point to a post by Tim Challies that is rather a balanced approach in assessing Driscoll.
